Commonly asked questions are posted below. Please feel free to contact us for more info.
1. How does your driver get home?
Our drivers utilize a variety of means; generally, an interceptor follows your car and picks up the driver immediately.
2. What areas do you serve?
We will drive you as long as the ride starts or ends inside the Washington beltway area - we will drive you as far as you want to go. We also service the areas of Great Falls, Vienna, Springfield and Fairfax, VA.
Our hourly drivers are more widely available - please call for more information.

3. Do I need a reservation?
While recommended, we do not require one. Even without a reservation we will pick you up as soon as we can - we never leave you stranded.
3.A What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations for Hourly Drivers and Confirmed Reservations for One-way Drivers incur a 50% charge within 24 hours, and a full charge if cancelled within 1 hour of the Drivers start time. Confirmed Reservations for one-way drivers have the same.
4. What makes you better than a taxi?
Our service gets you home on your own time and in your own vehicle - the best solution to saving you money and hassle. Cabs make you leave your car in another location and make another journey to pick it back up.
Our pricing structure is clear and transparent; $20 plus $3 a mile. We don't have late night/bad weather surcharges, zone-metering or holiday add-ons: with us there are no hidden fees. We make regulars out of everyone who tries us.
Best of all, it's your car and you are in control. Whatever music, windows up or down; we want you to have a great time and enjoy your ride.
5. What's so special about your drivers?
Our drivers have at least 3 years of driving experience, no accidents, and go through driving tests and continuing training to meet our very high standard. Each has passed an extensive background check and has a clean ChoicePoint/CLUE record. We participate in the Virginia Voluntary Driving Record Monitoring Program, so that we are immediately informed as to changes in our driver's records. To see our drivers in action, please call us. Also, you are always welcome to give us comments, no matter how trivial it sounds, such as "Lisa uses too much brake."
6. Can I use a credit card/check/cash?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. We will give you a close estimate of how much it is going to be at the beginning of the ride.
7. What times are drivers available?
Drivers are available 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day. We recommend a reservation for non-peak hours.
8. Are you insured?
Yes. Your driver is insured primarily by the car’s insurance and secondarily under our drivers insurance. In the event of accident, the car's insurance is the primary coverage, as insurance in America follows the vehicle. If the cars insurance is lacking or carries a limiting covenant (no other drivers covered, damages exceed policy limits) our drivers insurance steps in. This has been tested (by other designated driver companies in the US), and insurance companies have covered the incidents without reservation.
