Drivers
Drivers are the representatives of our company and the focus of what we do. When we get a ride, drivers are dropped off in close proximity to clients and find the clients. After introducing themselves, drivers go to the car with the customer and drive them home. When finished, driver will be picked up by an interceptor. Major responsibilities are as follows:
Contact customers and meet them
Keep track of mileage traveled and whereabouts
Ensure client comfort
Calculate accurate pricing
Willing to walk up to two miles when necessary
Being a driver is rewarding and a fun job, but not everyone can be a driver. We have the toughest standards for our drivers. Following are the requirements:
Clean DMV/Criminal record in regards to both accidents and tickets
Fluent in English
Operate manual transmissions
Must be able to work between 10:00pm and 3:00am
A clean and neat appearance
Upon meeting the requirements, applicants will be given a comprehensive driving test. Testing categories include: awareness of the road, proper braking techniques, and ride feel. Beyond just the test, we look for drivers that are naturally good drivers whom we would trust our own cars with.
Interceptors
Interceptors deliver and pick up our drivers. They must be able to navigate effectively, communicate efficiently with drivers and dispatch, and support drivers in assisting our customers. The ability to read maps quickly and a good sense of direction are necessary. Interceptors keep track of where drivers are and help dispatch figure out where our next available driver will be. Major responsibilities include:
Deliver drivers to customers in a timely manner
Follow the drivers
Communicate efficiently with dispatch about current and future locations
Effective route planning in and around DC
Ability to drive well late into the night and in bad weather
Prior driving experience is required. Requirements for this job are:
Clean DMV/Criminal record in regards to both accidents and tickets
Fluent in English

Be familiar with all of DC Metro area
A clean and neat appearance
