I hate the DMV – Written by a Guest Contributor

Over the past week I have been calling the DMV every day to see if they have gotten my record for completing my ASAP course.  Most of the time when I call I get a message saying that because of high call volume I have to call back later. When I finally get through, there is always a wait of about half an hour.  Today when I finally got through the representative pretended that she couldn't hear me and hung up.  So I called back and after another half hour on hold found out that they didn't have my record.
